Catch Up Club: Midsumma Festival

  • Bluestone Church Arts Space 8A Hyde Street Footscray, VIC, 3011 Australia (map)

Joins us for a hilarious night of comedy as part of the 2019 Midsumma Festival.

Our Hostess with the mostest and Arts West Creative Member, Jennifer Piper will welcome you to the Bluestone Church Arts Space where we’ll roll in the aisles watching Mouthy, before heading down to the Night Heron for a drink, some nibbles and an opportunity to chat about the show, get to know one another and make some new artistic friends.

Guaranteed 28.3 percent lesbian content
Women are told to be seen and not heard... or is that children? Either way, these three have never done what they're told.
Mouthy is a showcase of Melbourne's most out, proud and prominent lesbian comics.

  • Sharon Andrews, Raw Comedy National Finalist, and crusher of the Melbourne Comedy Festival.

  • Gabe Hogan, JOY 94.9 radio host and Raw Comedy State Finalist who has performed two solo shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

  • And Kellyn Lee, radio host and Australia's second favourite South African expat lesbian comic.

They've seen some things and have something to say, well, two of them do. The third will raise more questions than anything. With support from a number of other queers and allies, this promises to be a glorious night out west.
