Learn how to assist adolescents who are developing a mental illness, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
Delivered in partnership with The Arts Wellbeing Collective, this program is perfect for arts workers and practitioners who work predominantly with young people.
You will learn how to assist an adolescent who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence based action plan.
This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

COST: There is no fee to attend the course. The cost of the course and all materials is covered by WorkSafe Victoria through the Mental Health Improvement Fund.
