This month’s Catch Up Club: Infuse artist’s networking event brings you a rhythmic evening of African Drumming & Dance, food and great conversation! One Love Dance Vision, led by world class performers Omari Oppong and Ekow Crentsil. Omari and Ekow will teach participants basic drum skills along with African dance, hip-hop and freestyle moves and talk about the history of drum and dance and African culture. Drums and light refreshments will be provided.

During this event, you will be given a ‘sneak peek’ of the Home exhibition in CS Gallery, before exploring your own interpretation of 'The Belonging Tree' and creating a small textile wall hanging to take home.

Georgie works predominantly with photography and painting through social collaboration. Often adopting a playful humour and a quirky use of visual aesthetic, her work aims to beautify confronting spaces or events, as a tool to question people’s limits and values.

This month’s Catch Up is casual get together where you’ll get to create your own mouth-watering Pizzas in the beautiful Louis Joel Arts & Community Centre garden. Armed with fresh, local ingredients, artists will collaborate with each other to design and bake their pizza’s in the wood fired oven while getting to know one another over delicious food and a beverage.
